The Los Angeles Lakers will attempt to get back in the winning column, as they play the Denver Nuggets for the second time in three days on Sunday at Citizens Business Bank Arena in Ontario, Canada.

The Lakers split the first two games of their pre-season campaign, winning against the Sacramento Kings 103-84 in Anaheim and bowing late to the Nuggets 101-97 in their Staples Center debut.
Meanwhile, the Nuggets opened their pre-season buildup with a 108-106 win over the Toronto Raptors before salvaging a win against the Lakers.
Will Barton scored 20 points while Jamal Murray added 16 point, 7 rebounds and 6 assists in 31 minutes of action. The Kentucky standout also drained key baskets down the stretch to put the Lakers at bay for good.
D'Angelo Russell finished with a game-high 21 points on 7-for-14 shooting (4-for-8 from 3-point range). Jordan Clarkson came off the bench for the second straight game, recording 15 points in 19 minutes.
