Drake was spotted kissing India Love while watching a baseball game of Toronto Blue Jays. The multi-awarded rapper previously canceled his "Summer Sixteen" tour due to the worsening condition of an ankle injury he sustained when he started touring. Just before canceling his performances, the artist was rumored to have broken up with Rihanna.
Drake was seen having a steamy make-out session with India Love during the baseball game they attended. The two also looked very "coupley," according to E! News.
This is not the first time that the "Work" singers have parted ways, as the two have been in an on-and-off relationship since they were first seen together in 2009. Just recently, the "Views from the Six" singer publicly confessed he had been in love with Rihanna since he met her.
Meanwhile, for the reason behind the cancellation of Drake's tour, a representative released a statement, which was obtained by CNN. In the statement, a spokesperson from Drake's camp said that while the artist was trying to overcome with his injury, the situation worsened.
"Drake suffered a severe ankle injury during the tour which he did his best to power through," the spokesperson said. "By doing this, he made his injury worse. Under doctors' orders and to ensure Drake only ever gives fans the performances they deserve, he will be postponing the remaining three dates of his Summer Sixteen tour to allow him time to recuperate his ankle injury."
The spokesperson added that the rapper has always thought of his fans and they mean the world to him. "Seeing their faces and performing his music for them is what he loves to do the most and he can't wait to get back on stage," the representative said.
Drake has already canceled three of his concerts in Toronto, Newark and Philadelphia due to the same injury. Three of his remaining concert dates will not be pushed through anymore to focus on the artist's recuperation. The recent cancellation will affect his supposed performance at the Barclay Centers in Brooklyn and another concert in Newark.
