The latest details and spoilers for "Stranger Things" season 2 will feature nine episodes, effects of the "Upside Down" world and Millie Bobby Brown not returning to the show.
Showrunners Matt and Ross Duffer offered some interesting details regarding "Stranger Things" as both brothers told The Hollywood Reporter that they have been hearing and reading the fans theories regarding show's next plot in its second season.
It seems some of the fan theories that they made for "Stranger Things" season 2 were surprisingly spot on as Matt explained that provide some hint of where there were going in the second season without giving anything away and think some of the titles will change. There were titles they both did not want to put on there because they felt like it would give too much away and the whole season already broke when they did it.
Matt added that even though they are not the final chapter titles, there major details there and they are ambiguous enough that no one is going to be able to figure it out. Some of the fan theories online are amazing. Most are wrong, but Matt managed to read a few that are right or very close.
The Duffer also planning to have nine episodes for "Stranger Things" season 2 and teased more effects on the "Upside Down" world particularly on Will Byers (Noah Schnapp).
Schnapp teased before that Will in season 2 will likely become evil due to his prolonged exposure to that world. Viewers have seen the last episode of "Stranger Things season 1 witness Will seeing hallucinations of the Upside Down world and coughing what appears to be a worm like creature from that world.
Co-star Gaten Matarrozo theorized that Will may have powers and the Demogorgon abducted him simply because it senses people with powers just like Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown). The Demogorgon could use Will to incubate its eggs to the real world.
Schnapp stated Will could go crazy in season 2 due to the traumatizing experience he had on the Upside Down world as he struggles to be normal, but has a hard time fighting what is going on with him.
In other news, it seems that a new development regarding Milli Bobbi Brown's return to "Stranger Things" season 2 as several reports stated that she will likely return, with a catch.
Robert "Bobby" Brown, Millie's father made some "outrageous" demands for the show as he wanted to represent her daughter in every negotiation instead of talent agents.
Other reports say that there is nothing wrong with parents negotiating on behalf of their child, but Brown seems to be asking more than he should, such as asking for a signing fee and expecting payment from the agency for having the privilege of representing his daughter.
Moreover, any agency agreeing to do this will open issues with their current talents and change all future arrangements. The price to represent Millie Bobby Brown is said to be at $100,000.
Brown reveals that his decision for the asking fee is due to the number of financial trials the family is going through which also made them decide to go back to their home in the United Kingdom. With the success of "Stranger Things, Brown wants to make sure the family will have a normal and stable lifestyle, Bustle reported.
"Stranger Things" season 2 will premiere sometime in 2017 on Netflix.
