Gust recently released three new characters and new images of "Atelier Firis: Alchemist of the Mysterious Journey." They have also revealed new details of the gameplay and story.
According to the official website of the video game, the game company has added three new characters to it. These characters are Annnelies Exner, Tiana Paschen, and Fritz Weissberg.
Annnelies Exner works as the lead librarian at an institution known as the Information Institute. This place gathers information from adventurers about the outside world and their journeys. She is quite serious and her ability to decipher different items like an ancient document is top notch, but she is really clumsy and causes trouble sometimes.
Tiana Paschen is a bright an honest girl who wants to become an adventurer by leaving the house aimlessly. She is always energetic and in high spirits in any type of situation, even when in danger. She sells items that she finds on her travels, and calls it the Tiana Selection to Firis.
Fritz Weissberg is a returning character from a previous title "Atelier Sophie." He is a doll maker, traveling with a goal of putting on the greatest puppet show. He is usually composed, but he changes his attitude when the topic is all about dolls.
Weissberg is a great swordsman since he was a former mercenary. His daughter is also a character in "Atelier Firis: Alchemist of the Mysterious Journey," Drossel the playwright.
According to another post on the official website of the game, Gust revealed new details on its gameplay. It discussed what game protagonist Firis should do first before she can set out on a journey to the outside world.
First, Firis must pass the test to become a Certified Alchemist that will start a year later. She needs to collect a lot of letters of recommendation in order to take the test. This is the reason why she needs to travel to different places with her older sister Liane.
After gathering those letters, Firis will finally be able to take the test to become a Certified Alchemist. It will have three tests that will test her abilities. It will be a written, synthesis and practical exam.
Firis can do a lot of things in the fields that she passes through on her grand journey like making new discoveries and encounters. She will encounter different quests and one of them is the Chain Quest, which can have a big effect on the field. She can also carry her atelier anywhere and she can decorate the inside of her atelier studio with a variety of furniture.
In "Atelier Firis: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Journey," Firis will gain a lot of friends on her journey, which have different characteristics and abilities. With her friends and journey, she can walk the path of becoming a great alchemist while experiencing different things.
