It's true, it's true! Goldberg is back! After what some may argue is 12 'long years', WWE wrestler Goldberg is back in the WWE. Goldberg who had the legendary streak of 174-0 in his WCW days, is back to settle an old score with 'old adversary' Brock Lesnar.

These two wrestlers, of course, squared off in Wrestlemania 20 of course, but as both wrestlers were looking to leave the company at the time, this match failed to set the pulses racing, despite this being on the grandest stage of them all, Wrestlemania XX.

Goldberg got the win that night, but unfortunately, this match was between the two wrestlers disappointed very badly. Guest referee 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin, again was another effort to gather interest in this 'clash of the titans', but the WWE got this spectacularly wrong.

The Big Man did leave a legacy behind in the WWE after his first spell in 2003 where he overcame The Rock, Chris Jericho, Triple H and Mark Henry to name some of the talent Goldberg 'put to the sword'.

With WWE 2K17 to be released soon, arguably Goldberg is seen as a face who can promote this game but to fully utilize the former WCW legend, to get Bill Goldberg back in a ring after 12 years is one of really giving the game 'some plugging'.

Arguably this move could be seen a 'risky' move due to the poor reaction last time, but that was then and this is now. It's been rumored that the WWE plan to give this feud a really good run, reportedly this feud will be going up to Wrestlemania 33 and beyond.

Ever since the brand split, Raw has arguably been in Smackdown's shadow, but by managing to attract Goldberg back to the WWE, it could arguably be said now Smackdown will need to 'respond'

The way the Brock Lesnar character is, no one on the current roster can realistically beat him, so I like the thinking behind WWE's decision to bring him back.

There will be risk attached to this for sure. Let's not forget it has been 12 and arguably long years since 'The Big Man' stepped foot into a WWE ring, this could be a bad thing.

Fellow wrestling legend The Undertaker arguably looked 'rusty' after a long absence when he faced Brock Lesnar, but the sheer fact Bill Goldberg is back in a wrestling ring seems to have done enough to capture the imagination of the wrestling world.

The wrestling world eagerly awaits this eagerly anticipated showdown.
