Middling squad ACF Fiorentina (3-2-3, 12 points) will look to build a new winning run as they clash with cellar-dwelling side FC Crotone (0-8-1, 1 point) in a 2016-2017 Serie A season match at the Artemio Franchi Stadium on Wednesday, Oct. 26.

Fiorentina dropped to the 11th spot of the league table after struggling to find a win in their last five matches. However, the team snapped a four-game winless spell with a high-scoring 5-3 win over fellow middling team Cagliari Calcio at the Sant'Elia Stadium last Sunday, as per SkySports.
Croatian striker Nikola Kalinic led head coach Paulo Sousa's squad with a hat trick while Italian forward Federico Bernardeschi netted a brace to complete their five-goal haul.
Cagliari midfielder Davide Di Gennaro opened the scoring right in the second minute of the game before Kalinic netted his first goal in the 20th to level the count. Bernardeschi then scored his double in the 26th and 31st to give the visitors a 3-1 lead.
Kalinic scored his second goal five minutes before halftime to give Viola a 4-1 advantage at the break.
Fiorentina added another goal courtesy of Kalinic's third, making it a 5-1 count. The Sardinians tried to fight back with one goal each from Marco Capuano and Marco Borriello in the 61st and 77th respectively, but it was the closest they could come.
Meanwhile, bottom-dwellers Crotone succumbed to their fifth consecutive defeat in the hands of contending squad Napoli, 1-2, at the Adriatico Stadium also last Sunday, SB Nation reported.
Napoli took the lead early in the 17th minute when Spanish forward Jose Callejon netted a goal from the right side of the six-yard box.
The visitors was disadvantaged in the 31st minute when Manolo Gabbiadini was sent off for violent conduct, but they were still able to double the lead two minutes later as Nikola Maksimovic netted a close-range left-footer.
Crotone midfielder Aleandro Rosi was able to hit a consolation goal with one minute left before full-time to put his team on the board.
