Lazio will be looking to extend a four-game unbeaten run as they host the newly-promoted side, who snapped a three-game winning streak in the previous round.

I Biancocelesti settled to a 2-2 tie with fellow contenders Torino on the road at the Olimpico di Torino last Sunday for their second straight drawn match, as per BBC Sport.

The hosts netted the only goal in the first half with a 20th-minute header from Spanish forward Iago Falque off a cross from defender Davide Zappacosta to the center of the penalty box.

Both sides went scoreless after the opening goal until Lazio striker Ciro Immobile found the equalizer in the 71st minute after receiving an assist from teammate Felipe Anderson from the left side of the six-yard box.

Head coach Simone Inzaghi's boys then grabbed the lead in the 84th midfielder Alessandro Murgia successfully headed in another Anderson assist, who volleyed a corner kick to Murgia in very close range.

It looked like a win for Lazio as the clock slowly ticked away, but Torino netted the game's second equalizer in injury time when forward Adem Ljajic converted a spot kick off a hand ball by Marco Parolo in the penalty area.

Meanwhile, Cagliari was thrashed by Fiorentina, 3-5, in a high-scoring affair at their home field of Stadio Sant'Elia also last Sunday, via SkySports. It was the second loss of the Sardinians in their last five matches.

Davide Di Gennaro scored the opening goal in the second minute, but Viola unleashed five straight goals from Nikola Kalinic and Federico Bernardeschi to make it a 5-1 game.

Head coach Massimo Rastelli's side managed to score two more, courtesy of Marco Capuano and Marco Borriello in the 61st and 77th respectively, but it was the closest they could go during the match.
