"The Flash" Season 3 episode 4 debuts on Oct. 25. The upcoming segment is titled "The New Rogues" and it will see Barry Allen battle three villains terrorizing Central City. In the previous episode, Harrison Wells and Jesse Quick return to Earth-1. Jesse is revealed to have speedster powers and Harrison is concerned about her. Meanwhile, Frankie Kane realises her magnetic powers and appears as the new villain Magenta. Julian becomes the victim of Magenta's rage. As for Wally, he is very disappointed. At the same time, he is troubled by similar dreams to Frankie's wherein Alchemy summoned her.
Moving on to "The Flash" Season 3 episode 4. According to Spoiler TV's spoilers for "The New Rogues," Barry has a lot to deal with this week. His new challenges include training a new speedster and dealing with three villains at a time.
According to website, Wentworth Miller returns as Captain Cold. He is accompanied by Mirror Master and Top in his mission. Meanwhile, Barry continues to help Jesse in learning how to use her powers appropriately. In the meantime, Mirror Master appears and joins hands with his old ally Top. He seeks Captain Cold's help to even a score with Barry.
While he is training Jesse, Barry decides to take her along on his mission. Unfortunately, he is forced to deal with "disastrous consequences" of Jesse's actions when she defies one of Barry's order. Will Barry be quick enough to repair the damage Jesse caused?
