Park Shin Hye, 26, admitted she wanted to play Jo Jung-Suk's love interest in a television series. The two Hallyu stars will be seen sharing screen space in "Brother," an upcoming film directed by Kwon Soo-Kyung.

In particular, Park was impressed by Jo's performance in 2015's "Oh My Ghostess." Speaking before a predominantly Korean crowd, as cited by The Kpop Herald, Park said she was surprised Jo was so serious on set.

"I admire the ease with which he acts," Park added. "If I have the opportunity to, I would like to act in a romantic role with Jo."

In response, the 35-year-old actor said he will take the offer and double it with his heart. However, it seems that it will take a while before fans can see Park and Jo in a romantic scene.

Nonetheless, fans can witness the two Hallyu stars sharing screen space in "Brother." In the film, the "Pinocchio" actress plays Lee Soo-Hyun, the coach of the popular Judo athlete Doo-Young (EXO's D.O).

Jo, who currently stars in SBS's "Jealousy Incarnate," will play an arrogant man, Doo-Sik, who got detained after some fraudulent activities. After 15-years, he suddenly shows up before Doo-Young and lives with him.

In August 2015, Jo revealed the reason why he chose to star in "Brothers." He said he willingly chose to star in the film because of its human story that everyone can sympathize with, local newsoutlet Nate quoted the actor as saying, as cited by All Kpop.

Ahead of its release, the first "Brother" trailer began streaming online. The 77-second long trailer offers a lens into the hilarious sibling relationship of Doo-Young and Doo-Sik.

"Brother" is intended to hit theaters on Nov. 30. Check out the trailer below:
