The details of the contents of "Shadow Warrior 2" Special Reserve Collector's Edition were revealed recently. Owners of the Deluxe Edition are welcome to upgrade their copies to the Collector's Edition.
Developer Flying Wild Hog and publisher Devolver Digital announced on the official website of the publisher that their recently launched game will be getting a limited boxed collector's edition. It will contain several unique contents for collectors who love to acquire these items, and those who love the game.
The collector's edition will have the special editions of all three games in the video game franchise. The game titles are "Shadow Warrior Classic Redux," "Shadow Warrior" 2013 remake of Flying Wild Hog, and the recently launched "Shadow Warrior 2."
The edition will contain several accessories and items for buyers to collect. It will have the soundtrack of the video game, the physical copy of the game, a 96 page artbook that contains concept art and more, and limited edition stickers. It will also have the DLC of the solid gold ninja, katana, and the MP7 gun.
The collector's box of the edition will be numbered since it is limited to 5,000 copies only. Each of these boxes will be covered with its own unique, randomly generated blood splatter, which was done to make it look unique.
The collector's edition of the video game will cost $59.99 only. Those who will purchase this version will get the Steam key immediately to download it ahead. The shipping fee of the purchase is not included in the retail price of the edition.
According to the official website of Steam, those who already own the video game or the Deluxe Edition on Steam can upgrade it to the Collector's Edition. To get the Special Reserve Collector's Edition and its physical contents, they will have to pay $9.99 for the standard or $19.99 for the Deluxe Edition.
The "Shadow Warrior 2" Deluxe Edition will contain only a few digital contents for players to enjoy. Aside from the base game, it will also have the original soundtrack, the digital artbook, and the Solid Gold Pack that contains the Gold Ninja skin, Gold Katana, and the Gold MP7 gun.
