Newly-promoted side SC Freiburg (5-4-0, 15 points) is set to square off with reeling perennial contenders VfL Wolfsburg (1-5-3, 6 points) on Saturday, Nov. 5 at the Mage Solar Stadion for a round 10 match in the 2016-2017 Bundesliga season.

Freiburg is slowly rising in the standings with a two-game winning run as the team has also won four of their last six matches to climb to the eighth spot of the German top flight table.
The team is tied on points with Borussia Dortmund and Eintracht Frankfurt, who are currently holding the sixth and seventh spots, but has a lesser goal difference among the three clubs.
Head coach Christian Streich's team pulled off an impressive 3-1 victory over Werder Bremen last Saturday on the road at the Weser-Stadion to win three of their last four games, as per ESPN.
German midfielder Maximillian Philipp netted the opening goal in the 29th minute before teammate Vincenzo Grifo doubled the lead with a penalty kick 10 minutes later. The visitors took a 2-0 lead at the halftime break.
Bremen defender Santiago Garcia managed to cut the lead in half in the 67th with a left-footed shot from the left side of the six-yard box, but Albanian midfielder Amir Abrashi made it a two-point lead once again with a goal in the 75th for the final count.
Meanwhile, Wolfsburg has dropped to the bottom three relegation zone after a 1-2 loss to Bayer Leverkusen last Saturday at the Volkswagen Arena, via SkySports.
The Wolves drew first blood in the contest with a 37th-minute goal from midfielder Maximilian Arnold, but Bayer came back with two goals late in the second half, courtesy of Admir Mehmedi and Tin Jedvaj in the 79th and 83rd minutes respectively.
It was the third straight loss for interim manager Valérien Ismaël's side as the team has never tasted a win since their season-opener against FC Augsburg in August.
