Rihanna and Chris Brown rumors are back on track following her split with Drake in October. The "Loyal" crooner has been reportedly telling his friends that it is just a matter of time before he and Rihanna will get back together.
It is said that Brown still loves Rihanna, and he sees her split with Drake a perfect timing to win her back. However, new rumors say that Rihanna and Brown romance is already next to impossible. The "Anti" songstress is reportedly not keen on coming back to her first love as she sees her romance with him as a mistake.
The former couple maintained their amicable relationship despite their rocky romance from 2007 to 2013. After Rihanna broke off with Drake, Brown has been reportedly moving fast to woo Rihanna again by sending her and her family special gifts. One time, Chris texted Rihanna and told her that she can lean on his chest if she needs a rock for support.
There are also speculations that Rihanna and Drake's split is reaching a nasty level. Rihanna was absent from Drake's 30th birthday on Oct. 24 because the former is reportedly still angry with the latter for his non-committal and for being "bossy" in the relationship.
Amidst the controversies, insiders revealed that Rihanna and Drake have already talked. However, it seems that they are not back for good. Drake is sending special gifts to the new apple of his eye, Taylor Swift.
"Drake knows the way to Taylor [Swift's] heart and he's going for it in a big way," an insider told Hollywood Life. "He stopped into a PetCo and went buck wild on cat accessories for Taylor. He's also preparing to send her this sick designer bag that she can put her cats in when she's traveling.
Drake and Taylor met at his recent birthday party and since then, they have been spending time together. There are also rumors that the two are working in a studio to do a new project.
Going back to Rihanna and Brown, there are really no updates straight from them regarding a possible reconciliation. As far as Rihanna is concerned, she is reportedly not going back to Brown because she learned her lessons from their breakup that led to physical assault in 2013.
It could be remembered in the "Welcome to My Life: The Official Chris Brown Documentary," Brown opened up about how he felt after he assaulted Rihanna. The rapper said that from being on top of the world, he felt like a monster. He was depressed, not sleeping and not eating, according to E! News.
