During an episode of "Full Frontal" just after the results of the U.S. election had come out, Samantha Bee expressed her disappointment and called out "white" voters for letting Donald Trump win. Mourning the defeat of presidential candidate Hilary Clinton, the late night host blamed the white voters for Trump's win.

"Once you dust for fingerprints, it's pretty clear who ruined America: white people," Bee said in her TBS show. "I guess ruining Brooklyn was just a dry run. The caucasian nation showed up in droves to vote for Trump, so I don't want to hear a goddamn word about black voter turnout. How many times do we expect black people to build our country for us? White people, this is the worst," she continued.

Indeed, 53 percent of white women and 63 percent of white men voted for Trump. Since 1980, most women have favored the Democratic Party. White women, however, favored Republicans.

Bee also emphasized how Trump being president-elect can be damaging for America. "Our democracy just hoicked up a marmalade hairball with the whole world watching," she said.

"What we did was the democratic equivalent of installing an above-ground pool. Even if we're lucky and it doesn't seep into our foundations, the neighbors will never look at us the same way again." Despite her negative rhetoric, Bee advised viewers not to lose hope in the country, saying that America is still great and worth fighting for.

Trump will be the 45th president of the United States. His victory is shared by the Republican Party, who maintains control of the senate and retains the House. The 70-year old real estate tycoon is the oldest president to be elected in America.

In a speech, Trump congratulated Clinton who fought hard for the campaign. He also congratulated his rival for working hard over the course of her political career.

Trump urged all Americans to "bind the wounds of division" and come together united as one. He has never held a public office and will be working together with Vice-President-elect Mike Pence.
