Bruce finds out details about The Court of Owls in the upcoming episode of "Gotham" Season 3. Meanwhile, a threat to Lee and Mario is exposed during their rehearsal dinner. Episode 10 is titled "Mad City: Time Bomb."

The promo shows Bruce asking about the forces and they are The Court of Owls. The video also shows destruction and ends with a car bomb exploding.

"Bruce learns more about The Court of Owls. On the eve of their rehearsal dinner, a threat to Mario (guest star James Carpinello) and Lee (Morena Baccarin) is exposed, and Falcone (guest star John Doman) looks to Jim for help. Meanwhile, Nygma seeks revenge and Bruce learns more about The Court of Owls in the all-new "Mad City: Time Bomb" episode of GOTHAM airing Monday, Nov. 21," reads the synopsis.
Meanwhile, in other "Gotham" news, Robin Lord talked about Penguin and Riddler's relationship.
The actor cleared that his character is not gay.
"I find him to be a very emotionally-fractured person, emotionally-vulnerable. And after the loss of both his mother and his father - coincidentally both dying in his arms, the only people he ever loved and trusted - the person who was there who gave him respect and really there for him was Edward Nygma. And I truly believe that had it been Barbara, or Tabitha, or Butch... Yes, Butch! I believe that if it had been anyone else that had been there in that same capacity that he had that connection with, regardless if they were male or female, he would've had that same obsession with," Taylor said via Comicbook.com.
He added that he doesn't have any problem with him being queer or gay, he has a problem with people changing the canon.
