SEGA has announced that "Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone" will be coming to the West soon. It will feature hundreds of songs across the two packages.
According to the official website of the upcoming video game, the video game is the highly anticipated rhythm action game for the PlayStation 4. It is based from the highest ranking arcade games in Japan right now and it is also known for its great visuals, challenging gameplay, and a lot of content.
Players will be able to download the game on PS4 and it will only be available digitally. Only one player can play the video game.
According to the official website of Gamasutra, this will be a PlayStation Network exclusive and will contain more than 200 songs for Miku and her digital friends to perform with the players. They are warned that they will have to master new controls, and try out a lot of customization with more than 300 costume modules to unlock.
"Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone" will launch as a collection of two song packages, which are each priced at $29.99 or as a bundle for only $53.99. The collection of the songs will be based from the different "Project DIVA" games and the Colorful Tone, which are songs from the "Project Mirai" games and arcade songs. For those who will purchase both packs, they will get additional hairstyle customizations and the exclusive survival course.
Players can unlock other songs as they play the songs in the five difficulties, which are Easy, Normal, Hard, Extreme, and Extra Extreme. This will earn them the game's VP currency, which can be used to buy new costume modules and customized items.
With the power of the PS4, this rhythm game will take full advantage and it will be rendered in 1080p resolution with 60 frames per second. This will make the gameplay more interesting and challenging at the same time.
"Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone" will be launched on January 10, 2017 in the Americas and Europe. Players can download the game on the PlayStation Store as a free download that only contains two songs. To have more songs, they will have to purchase the packages or the bundle.
