According to Blake Oestriecher of Forbes.com, the eventual split of the best friends should start at Survivor Series. He noted that the WWE should start progressing storylines, especially the one involving the WWE Universal Championship.

However, the WWE has already planned the final month with Jericho feuding with Seth Rollins while Owens is going to defend his title against Roman Reigns. Fans should expect tag team matches with the former Shield members going up against the two best friends in the world.

There are lot possibilities involving the WWE Universal Championship with Finn Balor being rumored to returning at the Royal Rumble. He will surely go after the title he never lost and it would only delay the breakup of the best friends.

On the other hand, there are also some fans wanting Jericho to turn face once again. He will likely be the good guy in his future feud with his best friend and one final run with the title could be the icing on the cake of his legendary career.

According to The Inquisitr, Jericho might eventually face Owens for the WWE Universal Championship at WrestleMania 33. The report noted that the 47-year-old superstar has not won a world title as a babyface.

Jericho is one of the greatest superstars of all time and it would not be too bad to give him one final title run. His "Stupid Idiots" list is more over than half of the roster which shows everyone how valuable Y2J is.

The future WWE Hall of Famer delayed his recent hiatus from wrestling because he enjoys his current run. Why not reward him for all of his work with a WrestleMania 33 moment? Check out the video below to see Jericho unveil the list.
