Finally, Zamasu is defeated in the new episode, but a whole new timeline confusion starts after the Omni-King arrives. The recap of "Dragon Ball Super" episode 67 shows what happened in the installment.

"Dragon Ball Super" episode 67 recap

The episode starts and Goku congratulates Trunks for doing an exceptional job on the battlefield against Zamasu. Goku calls Trunks sword Genki-Dama. Meanwhile, Trunks says that everyone's power helped in defeating Zamasu.

Elsewhere, Kaioshin says that Goku and Vegeta used up their power while executing the Final Kamehameha in the Vegetto mode.

Zamasu is spreading after being sliced by Trunks' sword of humanity. Meanwhile, Whis can feel that something is wrong and Beerus says that Future Zamasu is affecting the present.

Trunks is unable to feel anyone's ki as Zamasu has killed them all.

Goku looks in his pocket for senzu but finds the button. He wonders if it will work to call Future Omni-King. He presses the button and it works.

Future Omni-King doesn't Son Goku and he introduces himself. Omni-King is confused to look at the state of the world and asks if Goku has anything to do about it.

Goku screams and tells everyone to board the time machine, meanwhile, Kaioshin and Gowasu use their time rings to escape.

Omni-King declares that this world will disappear. Beerus tells Gowasu to choose his disciple wisely. Goku heads back to the future and Kaioshin takes him to meet present Omni-King.

Grand Priest asks if all this was Whis' plan, but it was Goku's idea. It is also revealed that the Grand Priest is Whis' father.

Whis explains that it is possible for Trunks to return to his own timeline. But, Mai wants to stay in the present where she battled with people who are alive.

Gowasu admits that it was all his mistake and puts the time rings away. Bulma tells Future Trunks and Mai if they can bring grandchildren from the future.

"Dragon Ball Super" episode 67 ends with Trunks and Mai heading to an alternate timeline.
