Moto G4 Plus and Moto G4 will reportedly get Android 7.0 Nougat update in few weeks.

Also, according to new reports, Android 7.0 N update has been rolled out to Verizon variant of the Moto Z Force and Moto Z devices in the US via over-the-air update.

GSMArena reported that the Android 7.0 N file weighs 1,500MB, and the software version for the Moto Z Force Droid is NCL26.86-11 and the software version for the Moto Z Droid is NCL25.86-11.

Some days ago, it was rumoured that the Android 7.0 Nougat update had been seeded to the Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus; however, it turned out to be incorrect. It made the Lenovo owned company said that it had not begun rolling out the firmware to its devices but will start pretty soon.

Recently, the company announced that Moto G (4th Generation) and Moto Z devices will receive the Android 7.0 Nougat update in the fourth quarter of 2016.

It means that the update will arrive by December 2016. Some reports suggest that the Moto G4 Plus and the Moto G4 devices will receive the Android 7.0 Nougat update in the next few weeks.

Motorola has disclosed the list of devices that will get the Android 7.0 N, and they are: Nexus 6, Moto X Pure Edition (3rd Gen), Moto X Style, Moto G4, Moto Z Play Droid, Droid Turbo 2, Moto Z Play, Moto G4 Plus, Moto Z Droid, Moto G Play (4th Gen), Moto X Force, Droid Maxx 2, Moto Z, Moto X Play and Moto Z Force Droid.

Meanwhile, Samsung has pushed out the Android 7.0 N beta programme for the Galaxy S7 Edge and Galaxy S7 handsets in select nations to experiment the newest operating system before its public roll out.

According to a Phandroid report, the Samsung Gear virtual reality is not accessible on the gadgets after the operating system beta update.

Downloading Android 7.0 N beta on the Galaxy S7 Edge and S7 has knocked off Gear virtual reality. Owners of the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge who have enrolled in Android 7.0 N beta programme will have to wait for the next update to access the Gear virtual reality.
