Conor McGregor is being courted by the WWE about a possible appearance at WrestleMania 33 and it might really happen. The latest rumors imply that McGregor could serve as a special guest referee in the Brock Lesnar vs. Bill Goldberg rematch at WrestleMania 33.

In an appearance on ESPN's 5ive Rounds Podcast, Audie Attar of Paradigm Sports Management, who is McGregor's agent, revealed that his client is interested in working with Vince McMahon. He noted that the WWE can always talk to him about a possible deal and it is just all about the money.

"I think it's all about business, man. If (WWE) is going to come with an offer, we are willing to entertain it. We are here. Have their people call his people, which is me. We can have a conversation," Attar said.

Blake Oestriecher of Forbes had several ideas on how McGregor could be used by the WWE. He believes that "Notorious" can become the host of WrestleMania 33. The last time the company used a guest host was WrestleMania 27 when The Rock made his return after seven long years.

Another way the WWE can use McGregor is like how they used Ronda Rousey. They can have him appear in an in-ring segment, possibly with Triple H. It could be a short segment that will help get a great moment and open the door for more appearances.

The Irishman can also get in the ring and have a match with a WWE superstar. It should be noted that McGregor's current rival, Floyd Mayweather, had a No Holds Barred match against The Big Show at WrestleMania 24.

However, the best way the WWE can use McGregor is as a special guest referee or enforcer for the rematch between Lesnar and Goldberg. He could be like a Stone Cold Steve Austin and a stare down with both superstars is a sight to behold.

The two-division UFC champ can also just be an enforcer for the match just like Mike Tyson back in WrestleMania 14. Nevertheless, these are just purely speculative at this moment and should be taken with a grain of salt.

The WWE is doing all they can to bring McGregor to WrestleMania 33. Rousey is also being courted and she is rumored to have a match against Charlotte Flair. If McGregor makes an appearance at WrestleMania 33, it is expected that the WWE will get talked about around the world.
