According to Natalie.mu (via Herms98), Goku will be seen as a security guard at the World Invention Award. He will be working as a part-time employee.
Meanwhile, invention awards feature the inventions of Senbei Norimaki.
This episode features Gatchan, Dr. Mashirito, and numerous other Dr. Slump characters.

"Dragon Ball Super" episode 68 quick recap
The episode majorly focuses on summoning the Shenlong and how Goku, Bulma, Kids Trunks, Roshi, 18 and others fighting to get their wish fulfilled.
Goku is able to get the last dragon Ball using Bulma's radar and Shenlong is summoned. Goku wants to revive Kaio, but others pitch in their wishes.
