Dear Vince McMahon,
My name is Ayyaz Malik and I am from the UK. As people on this lovely site know, I write about all issues sport, such as WWE, football and tennis - amongst other things. So the point dear sir, or madam. I write this open letter to you to express my concern.
So to the reason as to why I write this letter. The reason why I write this letter is in regards to Roman Reigns. That's right dear sir, or madam, this letter is in regards to the Samoan wrestler, The Powerhouse that has come to be known as Roman Reigns.Now if you executive people are aware, Roman Reigns is a character who is a very devisive one on today's WWE roster. Initially apart of the very successful faction The Shield, Roman hasn't been anywhere near the force he was when he was in The Shield.
The reason for this is simple and I hope by me writing this letter you will take my advice and act up on it. So the reason why I feel Roman Reigns isn't doing as well you would have hoped is because you aren't booking him right.
I sincerely request you to please stop booking Reigns as John Cena 2.0, please guys, please don't do this .... Roman Reigns is no John Cena, Cena is much stronger on the mic which is a key element of succeeding in the wrestling business.
That point aside, the WWE creative don't really seem to have a plan b with him. I say this because after being booed by the audience, the creative reacted by putting him in the US title picture, which predictably he won.
My issue with this is, from what I have observed the Roman Reigns character instead of looking better is looking worse. The potential feud with Kevin Owens is in theory a good booking choice, but the fact that Owens who is a deserved champion is being put into a feud against Reigns is undermining the Canadian wrestlers talents.
Yes, Roman is a good wrestler for sure, me personally WWE need to really use the rumoured feud between these four men (Jericho, Rollins, Reigns and Owens) to their advantage. I will end my letter on this note, guys you have a very talented wrestler in Roman Reigns please don't ruin it.
We don't another case of Cody Rhodes surely.
