The Kardashian family has gone through a lot of challenges over the years, with most of their family drama featured in the reality TV series "Keeping Up with the Kardashians." In the recent weeks, celebrity couple Kim and Kanye had their share of personal struggles given the reality star's Paris robbery experience and the rapper's health issues.

Filming activities were temporarily halted following Kim's traumatic experience in France. However, sources told TMZ that the show's production team will not film additional scenes until the end of the year.

Initial plans to shoot scenes during the December holidays will not happen, according to the source. The reality series' production team will utilize available footage to complete episodes for the E! series' upcoming Season 13.

Kanye's hospitalization has also affected the production schedule of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" Season 13. With Kim still traumatized from being held at gunpoint during her Paris robbery in October, as well as her husband's recent health issues, the mother-of-two appears to be hesitant to jump back to her high-profile life.

The source added that the reality star has been "rethinking everything." However, the source did not divulge other details.

Meanwhile, E! denied reports that "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" Season 13 has been canceled. In a statement released by the E!, as obtained by Entertainment Tonight, the network shared that filming activities for the reality series are currently ongoing.

Industry insiders also told the same publication that the entire Kardashian family has participated in the reality series' recent production activities. Viewers can look forward to seeing more drama between members of the TV family in the upcoming season.

"Keeping Up with the Kardashians" aired it Season 12 finale on Nov. 20, Sunday. Watch a clip from the final episode of Season 12 below:
