The Moto G4 Play was launched earlier this year with a pricing of $149. However, now the unlocked smartphone is now available for $99 only.

The Motorola Moto G4 Play was announced in May after the launch of Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus smartphones. It was made available for purchase in August this year. Now, B&H Photo is selling the unlocked Moto G4 Play for $99.

The retailer is selling the budget smartphone in color options of white and black. The smartphone is currently out of stock on the retailer site but customers can pay for it by using debit or credit card. The offer is only for customers in the U.S.

The site claims that it will deliver the smartphone to the customers within 2-3 days. As of this writing, there is no word on the last date of the offer. However, it seems that limited quantities of Moto G4 Play are available with B&H Photo, Android Authority reported.

The affordable smartphone comes with decent specs. It features a 5-inch HD display that offers a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. It produces a pixel density of 294 ppi.

It is powered by Snapdragon 410 chipset that features a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor and Adreno 306 graphics. The smartphone comes in two storage editions.

The 16 GB model has 2 GB of RAM whereas the 8 GB variant has 1 GB of RAM.  B&H Photo is selling the 16 GB model for $99. It comes with a dedicated memory card slot that supports up to 256 GB of microSD card.

It has an 8-megapixel rear camera that is enabled with single LED flash. On its front, there is a 5-megapixel selfie camera. It comes preloaded with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS and is expected to receive Nougat update in 2017

The Moto G4 Play is packed with a 2,800 mAh battery. As far as design is concerned, the Moto G4 Play features a water repellant body. Since it is a carrier unlocked model, it supports all the GSM and CDMA networks in the U.S.
