Marvel Studios together with Sony made Spider-Man fans elated when they released the official trailer for the hero's upcoming film dubbed "Spider-Man Homecoming." It looks like both production outfits are pretty much excited about the latest installment in the web slinger's mythos that they've come up with an initial release window for its sequel.
Pretty much to bear the same moniker suffixed with the digit 2 on it, the follow-up to the soon to be released "Homecoming" movie will be hitting the big screen on July 5, 2019. Hence, other featurettes that are lined up on that time frame will be pulled on an earlier date such as the fourth episode of the "Bad Boys" saga that is now slated on May 24, 2019, from its original July 3 playdate, The Hollywood Reporter stated. "Spider-Man Homecoming," on the other hand, will be out July 7, 2017.
The new Peter Parker/Spider-Man, Tom Holland, has signed a six-film contract which includes three "Spider-Man" sequels and three guestings to other Marvel films which is pretty much expected to be the ambitious "Avengers: Infinity War" movie arc that is said to comprise at least 70 Marvel characters.
Meanwhile, Michael Keaton sat down with Deadline as he talked about working with the MCU. The "Batman" actor stressed that he was impressed how the production studio handled the film and how organized they were. Moreover, he also commended MCU's choice of actors that will be perfect for the role including how the storyline remained true to the mythos of the character. Keaton took the role of the Vulture which is one of the antagonists in the "Spider-Man" comics.
For the uninitiated, the Vulture was first introduced by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko in the second issue of "The Amazing Spider-Man" in May of 1963. The villain's other persona, Adrian Toomes, is a brilliant electrical engineer who devised his own winged suit that endowed him the ability to fly.
