Lenovo K6 Note has been officially unveiled recently. The Lenovo K5 Note, and Vibe K4 Note are the other budget-friendly Note series from the Chinese company that was rolled out last year. Here is a comparison on basis specifications and features.
Design and display
The Lenovo K6 Note, K5 Note, and Vibe K4 Note all the three smartphones have metal unibody design. The K6 Note comes in a Silver, Gold and Dark Grey color. The K5 Note is available in Silver, Gold and Grey color choice whereas Vibe K4 note phone is available only in Black color.
The K6 Note 8.4 mm in thickness and weighs 169 grams. The K5 Note and Vibe K4 Note respectively measure 8.5 mm and 9.2 mm in thickness and weigh 165 grams and 158 grams.
The Lenovo K6 Note, K5 Note, and Vibe K4 Note have 5.5-inch IPS display that supports the full HD resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels along with a pixel density of 401 ppi.
Chipset, RAM and Storage
The Lenovo K6 Note is powered with Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 chipset that includes octa-core 1.4 GHz CPU and Adreno 505 GPU.
The K5 Note receives the power from MediaTek MT6755 Helio P10 processor that has 1.8 GHz octa-core CPU and Mali-T860MP2 GPU. Its predecessor, Vibe K4 Note is powered by MediaTek MT6753 chipset that has an 1.3 GHz octa-core CPU and Mali-T720MP3 GPU, BGR reported.
The Lenovo K6 Note and K5 Note come in 32 GB native storage with 3 GB and 4 GB RAM options whereas Lenovo Vibe K4 Note has in-built memory of 16 GB with 3 GB of RAM. All three devices feature microSD card slot to expand the storage capacity up to 256 GB.
Software, Camera and Other features
The K6 Note runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. The K5 Note comes preinstalled with Android 5.1 Lollipop OS whereas Vibe K4 Note also runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. Both the devices are upgradeable to Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.
The Lenovo K6 Note has 16-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash and 8-megapixel front selfie shooter, GSM Arena reported. The Lenovo K5 Note and Vibe K4 Note have 13-megapixel rear camera and dual LED flash
The K5 Note comes with 8-megapixel front camera and Vibe K4 Note is provided with 5-megapixel camera. Both the devices are featured with full HD recording support. All the three K Note series smartphones feature rear-facing fingerprint scanners.
Battery and Price
The Lenovo K6 Note is equipped with a 4,000 mAh capacity battery and is available at $206. The K5 Note is packed with 3,500 mAh battery. It is available at the price of $177 (3 GB RAM) whereas The Vibe K4 Note has a 3,300 mAh battery and costs of $162.
