"Grey's Anatomy" Season 10 episode 13 spoilers indicate that not only Alex Karev but Arizona Robbins is also heading to prison. The identity of Jo Wilson's husband may also be revealed in the mid-season premiere of the show.
The recently divorced neo-natal specialist may also need to go to prison, according to TV Guide. However, unlike Karev, she would be going to treat a very dangerous prison inmate. The patient is so dangerous that she is lodged in a maximum security prison and can not be taken to a normal hospital for treatment as she may try to escape from there.
Along with Robbins, Bailey and Wilson will also go to the prison to help out the inmate with medical treatment. All the three doctors will need to perform a simple procedure on the inmate but there are some surprises in store for them. It is speculated that Robbins life may be in danger in the prison as she may be used as a pawn by the patient in order to escape from prison.
On the other hand, other "Grey's Anatomy" Season 10 episode 13 spoilers indicate that Wilson needs to decide whether she wants to testify in court about Karev's innocence or not. This is a very important decision for her and based on this, Karev may end up in jail.
In case Wilson decided to tell the truth about Karev's innocence in the courtroom trial, then she stands the risk of being traced by her violent husband. If she keeps her silence for fear of losing her life at the hands of her abusive husband then she can not come out in the open about Karev's truth. In such a case, Karev is bound to land up in prison.
In the last episode, Wilson had confessed to Karev about her previous marriage and the abuse that she faced at the hands of her violent husband. She also told him that she had changed her identity in order to escape from her husband. With her candid confession, Karev realized why she had been refusing all his marriage proposals till now.
Meanwhile, there is also ample speculation over Wilson's real name. Actress Camilla Luddington who plays Wilson said in an interview with Entertainment Weekly, that she also doesn't know the real name of her character.
