Despite the impending end of the South Korean variety program "Running Man," it appears that a new "Monday Couple" was recently formed on the SBS show. A fortune reading session featured in the show's New Year special identified Song Ji Hyo and Kim Jong Kook as an ideal pairing for marriage.

Several people have had their fortunes told to get an idea of what the future may hold for them. A special reading was held in the recent "Running Man" episode where several fortune tellers gave cast members an idea of their luck in 2017 and other interesting details.

The fortune tellers shared that Kim is most compatible with Song when it comes to partnership and marriage. Dubbed as the "Spartace" duo, the two cast members have already shown their great teamwork in previous episodes of the SBS show.

One of the fortune tellers even commented that Kim's marriage compatibility with the actress is around 85 to 90 points, out of a score of 100. Moreover, Song was also recommended to stay close to Kim since he will help to raise her luck in 2017.

Yoo Jae Suk even teased the two celebrities to get married especially after the fortune teller's reading. Lee Kwang Soo then commented that Gary, former cast member and one-half of the original "Monday Couple" tandem, might be sad in learning about Song and Kim's ideal partnership.

In other news, Kim will soon participate in a blind date set up by the show's production team. A source told Korean news outlet Chosun that date is a real event and not part of the show's special antics.

However, the cast members will have to complete several missions where a successful task will give Kim better conditions to become more appealing to his blind date. Kim's special episode will be released on Jan. 15.

In other news, given the impending end of "Running Man," Kim may finally be able to appear in other Sunday-aired variety shows. In a recent MBC recording session where he had the chance to talk with some of this fans, Kim shared that viewers might see him in an upcoming "1 Night 2 Days" episode, according to All Kpop.
