In the Season 13 midseason finale, Jo revealed the truth about her marriage to Alex. Also, she revealed her real name. This makes Alex question his decision and he reconsiders taking the plea deal, which will land him in jail for two years. Meredith asks him to reconsider his decision and pleads him not to give up. The show ended with a major cliffhanger. Alex's fate remain unknown.
"Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 episode 10 is titled "You Can Look (But You'd Better Not Touch)" and it is expected to reveal Alex's future. The biggest question fans want answered is whether Alex will accept the plea deal and make the big sacrifice or not.
News publication iTech Post is speculating that Alex may accept plea bargain agreement and face the consequences of his actions. Meanwhile, the website also suggests the appearance of Jo's husband when "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 returns.

According to the press release, the doctors will be taking on a new challenge. They will be visiting a maximum-security prison to treat their new patient. Bailey, Arizona and Jo will be treating a violent, 16-year-old pregnant girl and her unborn baby in the prison.
