The latest details for "Ovewatch" will feature the full patch notes for PTR update 1.7.0 and a possible Valentine's Day patch update.

It seems that Blizzard Entertainment plans to have a "Valentine's Day" themed event for "Overwatch" next month as Reddit username akhanubis posted several voice lines on the game's subreddit page. Datamined from the game’s public test realm, these lines are from "Overwatch‘s" upcoming update, and features three characters Mercy, Genji and Hanzo.

The first voice line focuses on a conversation between Genji and Hanzo, in which Genji asks his brother if he has any chocolates to which Hanzo replies that “Those were your amusements, not mine". The next line will come from Mercy who offers Genji chocolates of his own. “Swiss – they’re the best,” Mercy says before Genji suggests they share them. The mini story wraps up with Genji gifting Mercy chocolates, too. Though she is slightly disappointed they are not Swiss, she thanks him kindly.

Based on the conversation, many gaming fans believed that both Genji and Mercy are a couple in "Ovewatch". This type of reaction is common in the community, as countless players have often questioned whether certain relationships could be canon in-game, and some even hoping for these pairings to be revealed and confirmed by Blizzard.

Genji and Mercy's pairing have been a subject of fandom for gaming fans as the their backstories revealed that it was Mercy who nursed Genjito health after some intense physical transformation to his cyborg body. Although game director Jeff Kaplan stated that their will not be any "Valentine's Day" themed event, the datamined lines could possibly indicate such event and gaming fans speculated that they do this to surprise gamers who are playing "Overwatch" and will save it for the later days ahead of next month, Gamerant reported.

In other news, the full patch notes for "Overwatch's" PTR update 1.7.0 has been revealed.

Like the previous reports the new patch will nerf three heroes namely Ana, D.Va and Roadhog. Ana's Biotic Grenade being cut in half, as it is proven to be too efficient for players during matches. D.Va will have her armor dropped from 400 to 200 and the damage of her bullets dropped from 3 to 2. However, it’s worth noting that D.Va’s health and the number of bullets she shoots per second will be increased with the update

Lastly, Roadhog will have his hook ability will be nerf as stated by game designer Geoff Goodman. Goodman that victims of Roadhog's hook ability will be now move in to the position directly in front of "Roadhog", rather than just a straight line towards him. This move was not well liked by players who are enjoying using Roadhog in matches.

Sombra will have some improvements in "Overwatch" as she can hack enemies at in 0.8 seconds instead of the one full second it currently takes.

In addition, "Overwatch" players can now equip four emotes, sprays, and voice lines for each character, so they should be able to get more mileage out of the items they earn from loot boxes.

Other features include an updated "Stay in the Team" interface, Hero ability icons are now displayed, Ultimate abilities are now indicated with an orange arrow, Headshot eliminations are now indicated with a red icon and several in-game bug fixes, PvP Live reported.

"Overwatch" is currently available for the PS4, Xbox One and PC platforms.
