Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards) from "Arrow" Season 5 will soon create a team of allies while she's seeking justice for her late boyfriend, Billy Malone (Tyler Ritter).

While speaking with TV Line, executive producer Marc Guggenheim said that some of the people who will be working with Felicity are those from her past. When asked who exactly these people are, Guggenheim previously said that Felicity's dad aka The Calculator will definitely not be involved. But what about Felicity's mom, Donna (Charlotte Ross)?
Unfortunately, Felicity's parents will not have anything to do with their daughter's plans. According to Guggenheim, it is their main goal to come up with new and exciting storylines for the character.
"As with all things related to 'Arrow,' it is not what you initially think it is, and it will ultimately relate to the season's overall theme of legacy. But it will be very specific to Felicity," he said.
Other than Felicity, exciting storylines also await Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell), Diggle (David Ramsay), Thea (Willa Holland) and even Laurel Lance (Katie Cassidy). Even though the character passed away in the finale episode for Season 4, she will be returning to Star City in episode 10, titled "Who Are You?"
Unfortunately, the character who is trying to reach out to Oliver is just taking on Laurel's body. The real Laurel is very much dead and will not return to the hit The CW series in the same way she was introduced before.
According to Comic Book, it seems that the character's return will make up for an exciting twist in the series. After all, Laurel will not be back at Star City just to say hello to her friends. There are also some rumors suggesting that the person using Laurel's body will be the second biggest villain in the show this season.
After all, Prometheus is still the one to beat. A photo of a young Prometheus was shown in the midseason finale episode. On Jan. 25, Felicity will use a software that will match the face of the infant to the villain.
