One Piece Chapter 852 will put emphasis on Sanji's relationship with his sister Reiju and explains why the Straw Hat pirate is the product of their mother's rebellion against the Vinsmoke's patriarch Judge.
Warning: Below are legit RAW spoilers for Chapter 852 - 'The Germa's Failed Plan'
At Infirmary Room:
-Chapter opens with Reiju sleeping at infirmary room. Noticeably, Reiju's wounds as a result of candy-jacketed bullet heal quickly due to the Vinsmoke's incredible regeneration ability.
-Sanji comes in to check out his sister. He then asks the guards to leave them alone.
-Reiju wakes up from her sleep. She complains that her memory is a bit fuzzy. Sanji explains to Reiju everything that happened to her, including Charlotte Pudding's plan of massacring the Vinsmoke Family.
At Prisoner Library:
-Luffy and gang manage to escape after burning the book. Unfortunately, Luffy is too hungry to move but he nevertheless tries his best in order to save his friend, Sanji.
At Infirmary Room:
-Reiju never doubts Sanji's words, adding that she was investigating Charlotte Pudding ever since she met her because of Pudding's goody-goody character.
-Reiju suggests that they should act as if they knew nothing of Pudding's plan. She insists that Germa should crumble because of its crimes.
-Sanji rejects the plan, before Reiju reveals the truth about Sanji's birth and how their mother rebelled against their father's plan of creating them into emotionless soldiers.
-Reiju explains that his father wanted all of his children to be emotionless soldiers. In that way, they are going to be efficient assassins. Their mother underwent surgery in order to bear that type of children, but their mother drank a powerful medicine to counter its effects.
-The medicine had no effect on their first 3 children until Sanji was born. Their mother became weaker and eventually died because of the side effect of the medicine, but her sacrifices resulted to Sanji becoming a human with emotions.
Sister's Love:
-Because of their mother's fate, Judge put all the blame on Sanji. However, Reiju views Sanji not as a failure but the product of their mother's rebellion. It is the reason why Sanji is much kinder than his siblings.
-Reiju then encourages Sanji to abandon Germa and reunite with Straw Hat Pirates. She also believes the entire Vinsmoke Family are destined to be murdered because they are a band of assassins.
-Sanji wants to know the reason why Reiju doesn't want to save herself. Reiju replies while she has a tad of emotion left in her, she's an accomplice, born to follow the orders of their father.
-Reiju again convinces Sanji to leave them and tell the bracelet won't explode because she has easily switched it off.
Reiju to Sanji "Get a hold of yourself, Sanji!! Think hard about what's important for you!! You won't be able to see that great bunch of people anymore!!!"
