Fans of the popular independent roguelike video game "The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth" can now play the enjoying but difficult game and navigate Isaac and all the other 10 characters on the go with the release of the game on iOS devices on Tuesday.

"The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth" was supposed to already be on the Apple App Store a year ago but it had an issue regarding the "features that depict violence towards, or abuse of, children," causing the delay of the release,  Attack of the Fanboy reported. Now, the twin-stick shooter can now be bought at the App Store for $14.99.

The game will feature a universal binary meaning that consumers will only have to pay once to use it on their Apple devices. It will also have an iCloud save support that will enable players to transfer their save data to other devices through Bluetooth.

Isaac, despite its simple mechanics and graphics that are not at par with today's top of the line games, has found a following that resulted to a remastered version for PS4, Xbox One, Wii U, Vita and 3DS in 2014, BGR reported.

For those who have not tried the game, Isaac is a boy who is on a quest of escaping his mother. Through his journey, players will navigate the protagonist to collect items and objects, defeat monsters and bosses, develop super human abilities, discover secrets and beat challenges before ultimately escaping his way to safety.

The $14.99 price tag for "The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth" looks a lot for a shooter game but with what the developers claim would result in 500 hours of gameplay, buying the game looks like a bargain.
