Earlier this week, Moto G5 Plus renders were leaked. Recently, fresh image of the Moto's upcoming phone is surfaced online. The design seen on the new image matches to the appearance and the specifications that were revealed through earlier renders. The smartphone is expected to get unveiled in March.

According to the earlier leaks, the device will come with a 5.5-inch display that will support a full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The Moto's new phone is expected to come packed with a 2 GHz octa-core Snapdragon 625 chipset.

Moto G5 Plus is likely to feature a 4 GB of RAM and a 32 GB of internal storage. The smartphone is pegged to deliver Nougat 7.0 update out-of-the-box experience.

The handset will sport a 12-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front facing camera. It is said to come equipped with a 3,080 mAh battery. It will also include a fingerprint sensor below the display and is said to have features such as NFC, 3-axis gyroscope, accelerometer and gravity sensors.

The newly leaked image shows the device exists in silver color, but the previous leaks showed it in Black color. It is said that the device will also be available in gold color variant at its official launch, IndiaToday reported.

Moto G5 Plus Design

Moto's previous model Moto G4 was designed to have plastic body. This year, it came up with a different design for Moto G5 Plus. It is built to have a metal body. The phone's rear camera in the image appears to have circular shape.

Moto G5 Plus Pricing and Launch Date

The smartphone is expected to cost £199 ($243) at launch. Moto's upcoming phone is expected to be showcased after the MWC (Mobile World Congress) 2017 event that will be held in the next month. Hence, it is expected to get announce in early March and will be available for buying by the end of the month, Recombu reported.

As Moto G4 and G4 Plus were unveiled together, it is likely that the Moto G5 will be also announced alongside Moto G5 Plus.
