"A Walk to Remember" star Mandy Moore returns as Rapunzel in the new "Tangled: Before Ever After" trailer. "She Loves Me" actor Zachary Levi will also recur as Rapunzel's love Eugene or Flynn Rider.

According to Daily Mail, Moore has returned to the role of the fairy tale heroine Rapunzel for the sequel "Tangled: Before Ever After." She previously voiced the character for the Disney film "Tangled" and the short "Tangled: Ever After," which premiered in theaters in 2012.

Rapunzel will first star in a TV movie "Tangled: Before Ever After" that will re-introduce the kingdom to her band of characters, Entertainment Weekly reported. Then, she continues to the screen in the new Disney Channel series "Tangled: The Series."

"Tangled: Before Ever After" is a bona fide Disney Channel Original Movie. It marks the first time an animated DCOM will launch a series on the network. It is actually a reference to the 2012 short film "Tangled: Ever After," which shows Rapunzel and Eugene's wedding.

Meanwhile, "Tangled: The Series" is a continuation of the ongoing adventures of Rapunzel and Eugene, before they have the happily ever after from their fairytale romance. Based on its trailer, the TV show revolves around the mysterious case of Rapunzel's hair, which is due to magic shenanigans.

A brand new female character named Cassandra is also seen in "Tangled: Before Ever After" trailer. She appears to be a friend of Rapunzel and seems to be a fighter or soldier, based on her attire. She will be voiced by "The Storyteller" actress Eden Espinosa, who is a Broadway star with an amazing voice.

Besides Moore and Levi, "Transparent" veteran actor Jeffrey Tambor (Big Nose), "Comedy Bang! Bang!" comedian Paul F. Tompkins (Shorty), and "Django Unchained" actor M.C. Gainey (Captain of the Guard) will also return in "Tangled: Before Ever After" to voice the bit parts that they played in the 2010's original movie "Tangled." "Divergent" actress Ashley Judd has also lent her voice as Queen Arianna

"Tangled: Before Ever After" is set to air on the Disney Channel in March. "Tangled: The Series" will premiere at some point after.
