With Nokia 6 and the much speculated Nokia 8 release and leak updates in the background, the Finnish company recently unlocked a milestone boasting of a 1 million registrations ahead of the flash sales.

When Nokia 6 was unveiled in the previous week, some experts were skeptical of its potential market performance. However, in the recent turn of events, HMD Global managed to upscale their performance with over 1 million pre-registrations in China ahead of the on-sale date, which led to a sold out in just one minute, according to GSM Arena.

Despite being a mid-range phone, smartphone enthusiasts were captivated of Nokia's promising comeback. Spec-wise, the said Nokia phone is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 430 chipset with an octa-core CPU. It comes with a 4GB/64GB memory configuration, 16MP for the main camera and 8MP for the rear camera.

As for its display, it sports a 5.5" 1080p screen that has a curved 2.5D Gorilla Glass sheet on top. It runs the latest Android 7.0 Nougat while being complemented by a 3,000mAh battery. Although there are latest updates yet, many fans worldwide are eager for the global release of Nokia 6 that is currently priced at around 1,699 yuan or roughly $245 in China.

With the current local success of the Finnish brand, upcoming Nokia phones could propel the company towards greater heights. Aside from the mid-ranger Nokia 6, enthusiasts are gearing up for the release of the highly speculated Nokia 8. The rumored Nokia's flagship smartphone has been reported to feature the latest SnapDragon 835 processor, 6GB of RAM and 24MP camera equip with electronic and optical image stabilization, according to Forbes.

Moreover, the said leaked specs of Nokia 8 has been linked to the recent Qualcomm demonstration during the CES event in the previous week, according to the same website. However, Qualcomm was quick to deny the reports online saying that 835 demos was not that of a Nokia device.
