Miley Cyrus threw boyfriend Liam Hemsworth a weed-themed birthday party complete with a weed bar. The party was also a joint celebration of Liam Hemsworth and Noah Cyrus' birthdays.
The "Wrecking Ball" singer has never been shy about her being a weed aficionado. She made it loud and clear during Hemsworth's birthday when she posed in front of a weed bar that was decked out with goodie bags from Merry Jane, a cannabis company establish by Snoop Dogg in 2015, The Daily Mail reported.
The party was held in Los Angeles, where recreational marijuana use has been legalized. According to Pop Sugar, Hemsworth's birthday party was attended by some familiar faces including his sister-in-law Elsa Pataky, actress Ashley Greene and Flaming Lips lead singer Wayne Coyne.
As Hemsworth turned 27, Cyrus gave a special shout-out to her "best friend" on Instagram. "Happiest birthday EVER to my favorite being EVER EVER EVER! You have been my best friend since the day we met," Miley wrote. "I am beyond lucky to share sooooo animals with you!!!I love you @liamhemsworth."
Earlier this month, Cyrus and Hemsworth stirred up wedding after the couple spent the holidays together with Cyrus' family. It was rumored that Hemsworth had already asked permission from Billy Ray Cyrus to marry his daughter.
After ringing in the New Year, the pair reportedly flew back to Australia where they were rumored to have made wedding preparations. Some sources claimed that Miley and Hemsworth's wedding will take place in Byron Bay, which is their spot in Australia.
Another source said that Miley and Hemsworth are not rushing to get married since both of them enjoy what they have right now. The source also revealed that the pair is in a healthy and stable relationship, and that they have sorted out their past issues and problems.
Miley confirmed her engagement to Hemsworth when she appeared on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" in October. She spoke about the engagement ring the latter gave her, wherein she said that although the 3.5 carat Neil Lane ring is not her aesthetic, she would still wear it because of her love for Hemsworth.
