"Pretty Little Liars" Season 7 will not only feature scenes between Emily (Shay Mitchell) and Alison (Sasha Pieterse), there are also rumors that the two could finally be together.
While speaking with TV Line, Mitchell confirmed that she filmed some scenes with her co-star, and they will be part of the second half of the hit Freeform TV series.
"We are going to have scenes together. As far as what the outcome is... That is the exciting part about all of this. It is the most romantic season, but Emily has also had a revolving door of many women, so it is kind of a toss-up who she ends up with," she said.
But Alison is already technically single, and Emily has not reunited officially with Paige. As such, Emison shippers have something to be excited about. Previously, executive producer Marlene King said that there will be another wedding towards the end of "Pretty Little Liars" Season 7. Would it not be exciting to see the first lesbian wedding before the show wraps up for good?
While speaking with TV Guide in August 2016, King confirmed that there will not only be one wedding, but two. "Yes, the wedding will still be in 7B. And I will give you a spoiler - there will be more than one wedding," she said.
Meanwhile, King also talked about the final 10 episodes of "Pretty Little Liars" Season 7 and said that each one of them will be emotional and powerful. "The actresses are having so much fun with how deep they got to go in the final 10. We really put them through the ringer, as we tend to do, but they love it. The catchphrase is 'The End Game - The Final Game,'" she said.
"Pretty Little Liars" Season 7 will return to Freeform sometime in April.
