The former President Barack Obama's advisor on counter-terrorism, John Brennan stated, "Deeply saddened and angered at Donald Trump's despicable display of self-aggrandizement in front of CIA's memorial wall of agency heroes. Trump should be ashamed of himself."

On the reports submitted by the intelligence community to President Obama, it linked the controversial meddling of Russia in the recent US Presidential election. This was denied immediately by the Russian Government, however, it caused conflicting opinion with the new President.

"He has been very, very clear that while he may have differences sometimes with the leadership of the intelligence community, that the work of the individuals, men, and women who tirelessly support the analysis and readings of the intelligence community, is something that he will continue to show his support for and his thanks," said Press Secretary Sean Spicer, Washington Post reported.

The Central Intelligence Agency will be appointed with new leaders as President Trump rose to the White House. He is eyeing for Representative Mike Pompeo of Kansas for the CIA director post which is initially waiting for Senate's appointment confirmation on Friday.
