"This Is Us" Season 1 episode 13 airs on Jan. 24, Tuesday. The upcoming segment is titled "Three Sentences" and it will see what happens on Kate, Kevin and Randall's 10th birthday. Here are a few spoilers for the next chapter of the series starring Milo Ventimiglia (Jack), Mandy Moore (Rebecca), Sterling K. Brown (Randall), Chrissy Metz (Kate), and Justin Hartley (Kevin). The previous episode revealed what happened on Jack's 36th birthday, the same day when the triplets were born. Meanwhile, Miguel returned with his evil attempts to create issues between his best friend Jack and his pregnant wife Rebecca. He encourages him to spend his birthday golfing, away from his wife, before he becomes a father. Unfortunately, Miguel's plan failed as Jack decided to be with his wife.
Moving on to "This Is Us" Season 1 episode 13. According to Spoiler TV's description of "Three Sentences," it is Kevin, Kate and Randall's 10th birthday. Jack and Rebecca plan to throw three separate parties for their children's birthday and are totally involved in planning the same.
In the modern day, Randall has to make hard choices due to his situation at the office. He is struggling to make time for William and has to give priority to his office work. Meanwhile, Kevin makes some big decisions about his love life. As for Kate, she undergoes a gastric bypass surgery. However, things with Kate take an unexpected turn.
In addition, "This Is Us" creator Dan Fogelman revealed that the show will begin to unravel how Jack died and when did it happen. At Television Critics Association, he revealed that Jan. 24 episode is "a big episode" when asked about Jack's death as reported by TV Guide.
"There's a 'before' and 'after' to this family -- before Jack and after," Fogelman said.
The latest promo video for "This Is Us" teases the events of episode 13. It shows Kevin struggling to make a hard decision about his love life. Meanwhile, in the past, Jack and Rebecca are thinking whether they want another child or not.
