The winter finale is set to take Lucifer back to hell. And it is important for him to head back as Chloe's life is on the line. The promo for "Lucifer" Season 2, episode 13 revolves around what happens in "A Good Day to Die."

According to the synopsis, the professor has poisoned Chloe and before it kills her, Lucifer must get his hands on the antidote.
The devil goes to hell to find the soul of the professor and compel him to give the antidote. Meanwhile, Lucifer is forced to confront the guilt about the death of Uriel. Charlotte follows Lucifer to hell to get him back.
"Lucifer must find the antidote to the Professor's poison before it kills Chloe. He travels to hell to find the Professor's soul and get him to turn over the antidote. While he's there, he is forced to confront his guilt about Uriel's death. Mom heads to hell to get Lucifer back, but Lucifer still feels betrayed by his parents because of something he discovers in the all-new "A Good Day to Die" winter finale episode of LUCIFER airing Monday, Jan. 30," reads the official synopsis.
