With less than a month before their anticipated launch during the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona, two exciting updates about Lenovo Moto brand's upcoming flagship devices have been reported online.

The regulating body FCC has recently certified the Moto G5 while utility software GPUz has showed fresh information on Moto G5 Plus' specifications, as reported by Phone Arena.

While the Chinese multinational tech company has not formally announced the existence of Moto G5, latest documents from the FCC certification has already confirmed that Moto G5 will be powered by a 3000mAh battery and will sport a Turbo Charging feature, which allows the device to charge faster than normal.

Aside from information about its power source, the document from the American regulatory bureau also divulged that the upcoming smartphone will be packed with a DTV Dongle. It is a device which users can connect to their Android devices and then be used to record digital TV programs.

Moto G5 will also be an Android Pay-friendly device because of its NFC connectivity feature.

Meanwhile, Lenovo's bigger handset has went through GPUz utility, which confirmed previous leaked specifications for Moto G5 Plus that includes its 5.5-inch touch screen, flaunting a 1080 x 1920 resolution. The test also revealed the device will boast a Snapdragon 625 chip plus an octa-core GHZ CPU with the Adreno 506 GPU.

In terms of its memory capacity, Moto G5 Plus will have 4GB RAM and 32GB built-in storage. The upcoming smartphone from the Beijing-headquartered company, which will have a 3100mAh battery and Turbo Charging capability, will also sport a 13MP rear shooter and a 5MP selfie camera.

Also, recently unveiled case renders for the two devices from Lenovo has confirmed that both Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus will flaunt a front fingerprint scanner, NDTV reported. Aside from this, the photo of the cases which purportedly comes from a case maker, hinted that the smartphones will sport a circular camera panel at the back plus the iconic Moto logo which is the letter "M."

Lenovo's Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus are expected to be unveiled during the sidelines of the MWC on Feb. 26. Till then, these rumors will remain unconfirmed.
