After its previous citing at the Chinese telecommunications regulatory body TENAA, the Huawei P10 Lite was recently spotted on a Geekbench's database, which reveals the device's specs and benchmarking results.
The said P10 Lite bears the model number WAS-LX1A in the TENAA listing, which appears to be the same model revealed in Geekbench, according to leakster Roland Quandt.
Following the Geekbench listing, new information regarding the phone's hardware and operating system are added on top of the released spec by the Chinese telecom body. In the new report, the Huawei P10 Lite will feature one of Huawei's Kirin SoCs clocked at 1.71GHz, Kirin 655, Android Headlines reported.
According to Softpedia News, the listing confirmed that the P10 Lite phone will pack a 4GB of RAM, which was pointed earlier in the TENAA listing alongside a 32GB of internal storage onboard. On the software front, the smartphone runs Android 7.0 Nougat pre-installed with Huawei's Emotion UI (EMUI) 5.0 Android skin on top of it.
The Geekbench database also revealed the phone's benchmarking result. In the single-core test, the Huawei P10 Lite managed to score 779 points, while it marked 3.023 points in the multi-core test.
Previous report on the TENAA listing further contained more information on the Huawei P10 Lite's design and camera specs. In the said listing, the smartphone features a 5.2-inch display that supports full HD (1920 X 1080p) resolution. The smartphone also houses a decent 2,900 mAh battery.
In terms of camera, the smartphone will sport a single-lens 12-megapixel camera with LED flash on the back panel. It will be coupled with a fingerprint scanner. Up front, a secondary 8-megapixel selfie camera is located.
The Huawei P10 Lite is said to measure 146.5 x 72 x 7.2mm, while it will weigh 146 grams.
Meanwhile, the Huawei P10 and P10 Plus smartphones are assumed to be released at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017 next month in Barcelona. However, it remains a mystery if Huawei will use the time to announce the P10 Lite at the trade show. But with regards to its release, the P10 Lite might be launched after the P10 and P10 Plus are announced.
