Several spoiler pages for chapter 90 have already been dropped and it looks like Eren, Mikasa, Armin and the remnants of the Survey Corps will be hitting the beach in the upcoming issue of Shingeki no Kyojin / Attack on Titan.
By simply looking on the 'sneak peaks' for Shingeki no Kyojin chapter 90, the next issue of Shingeki no Kyojin, which serves as the last chapter of volume no.22 and the final canto of the Return to Shiganshina arc, will apparently show Eren reaching the ocean with his friends.
Then again, there's no assurance if the 'beach scene' is the actual realization of Eren's dream or yet again a dreamy picture he has been chasing for a long time. One thing is for sure, the next chapter is going to be really interesting as far as the transition towards the next major arc is concerned.
Here are spoilers for Chapter 90:
-Memories of Grisha Yeager are being revealed piece by piece like a puzzle. Eren is once again seeing pictures of his father's past memories, including the death of his sister and his encounter with Frieda Friss, the true ruler of the wall.
-According to a rough translation, Yeager courteously asked Frieda to kill the Titans that attacked Shiganshina, because it's her responsibility as the leader of the Reiss Family, the carrier of the Progenitor Titan.
-Eren's ability to see past memories is apparently triggered by touching Historia Reiss' hands. In Chapter 89, it reveals that only members of the Royal Family can fully use the power of the Progenitor Titan.
However, Eren also realizes the time when he was able to use the coordinate to attack Reiner, and it happened after touching the Smiling Titan, who happened to be Dina Reiss - his father's ex-wife.
-Eren also sees another premonition after touching Historia's hands. He sees him, Mikasa, Armin and the Survey Corps going beyond the wall and reaching the Beach. Eren says beyond the wall is the sea, across the sea is freedom.
