Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao is hinting on how he will be spending the $100 million paycheck from his upcoming fight with Floyd Mayweather. Hi top plan is very obvious as he has been scouting Beverly Hills cribs and they is a certain house that totally caught his attention .
Pacman has been looking at real estate in Beverly Hills which included the BALLER mansion that Puff Diddy used to call home. According to TMZ Sports, Pacman together with his crew went to see and check out the 10,000 square foot estate the previous weekend and the boxing champ did like the place.
The huge mansion was wicked having seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a private home theater system, a massive backyard with patio and pool, pius a mancave with a pretty awesome bar.
P Diddy used to own the place but sold it for $2.313 million in 2001. The new house owner did a lot of renovation and fixes to make the estate look as wonderful today and is selling the whole thing for $12.5 million which is very affordable to the Filipino boxing superstar, MSN reported.
Report disclosed that Pacman is very interested in the estate and would like to have it as their stateside home for himself and his family. No official offers have been given out as of yet since the boxing champ has his focus on the upcoming fight of the history with Mayweather.
Pacman is expected to make a decision whether he would give his go signal and buy the house sooner or wait for a bit more.
