Unfortunately, the company has not yet disclosed official details regarind the larger Chromebook Pro. The more powerful device may follow after the hype for the Chromebook Plus has died down.

The Samsung Chromebook Plus boasts a 12.5-inch LED display with an amazing resolution of 2400 x 1600 pixels, Phandroid has learned. The device is powered by an ARM OP1 hexa-core processor which means that it will not be lagging behind. It is coupled with 4GB RAM which can take on multitasking without any problems.

One probably disappointing feature is the 32GB storage. Users will still be able to expand their space using the SD card reader but an external hard disk may be a better option in the long run.

Samsung has also bundled their S-Pen Stylus with the Chromebook Plus, which can effectively help multimedia artists. The device can be used on the go thanks to its 39Wh battery which can last several hours under moderate use.

The Samsung Chromebook Plus is available for $449 which is more expensive than the other models in the market, Android Headlines reported. Its bigger brother, the Chromebook Pro, is expected to cost even more.

Users can use the Chromebook Plus in tablet or in laptop form which makes the device worth every dollar. The suport for Android apps is also another big plus considering that the mobile experience will be seamless.
