Pescara midfielder Ahmad Benali then trimmed the gap to one with a goal in the 29th minute before teammate Gaston Brugman equalized in the 41st.

Meanwhile, a nine-man AC Milan squad escaped with a 1-0 win over lowly team Bologna on the road at the Renato Dall'Ara Stadium on Wednesday, Goal reported.

Milan defender Gabriel Paletta and midfielder Juraj Kucka were sent off in the 36th and 59th minutes to give head coach Vincenzo Montella's side a two-man disadvantage during the match.
