"Arrow" Season 5 episode 14 will see the return of villains. The upcoming episode is titled "The Sin-Eater" wherein China White, Cupid and Liz Warner, aka Lady Cop will seek revenge from their enemy Oliver Queen. "Arrow" Season 5 episode 14 will see Mayor Queen get arrested for the murder of Detective Malone. The network has released a synopsis for the upcoming segment teasing some shockers and surprises for Green Arrow.
According to Spoiler TV's description for "Arrow" Season 5 episode 14, China White, Cupid and Lady Cop break out of the prison. They manage to escape Iron Heights where they were locked up by Oliver. The trip heads to Star City for revenge from their archenemy Oliver Queen, who is responsible for their confinement. The three female villains will join hands to bring Arrow down.
The mayor springs into action and tries to take the three lady villains in custody. However, things take an unexpected turn when ACU intervenes. Apparently, ACU arrests Oliver for murdering Detective Malone.
Meanwhile, Lance feels he is responsible for the prison break when he realizes that Warner may have heard him working Damien Darhk.
