Rockstar Games is expected to release “Red Dead Redemption 2” in the Fall with the initial versions expected for the PS4 and Xbox One. Like its other games, a PC version is expected as well though there is no timetable.

With most wanting to see what “Red Dead Redemption 2” will bring, a recent leak may have spilled some of the plans for Rockstar Games. Denuvo, a digital rights management provider, recently suffered some technical issues thanks to hackers, giving access to users, RDR2.com reported.

It was discovered that among the list of developers in the database was Rockstar Games, leading many to believe that this could be the PC version for “Red Dead Redemption 2”. If true, this also means that Rockstar Games is limiting content availability and addressing illegal distribution of the game.

It was also suggested that the whole spotting could be referring to Grand Theft Auto 5, Game Rant reported. But as most know, GTA 5 already came out on the PC in 2015. With the listing seemingly up to date, a logical fit would be the upcoming “Red Dead Redemption 2” offering.

Much of these are speculations based on the spotted listing of Rockstar Games. The gaming company has yet to issue an official statement on it though there is a chance they may stay silent. Hence, all gamers can do for now is wait-and-see.

As for the game itself, most are now wondering what “Red Dead Redemption 2” could possibly bring. There is growing belief that one of the protagonists will be “Red Harlow”, someone spotted from the trailer of the upcoming game.

If true, this hints at a potential prequel if “Red Harlow” is the focus for “Red Dead Redemption 2”. If not, he could be part of the build for a new main character, with reference to tracing flashbacks that would eventually be tied up to plots.

Like the PC version dish of “Red Dead Redemption 2”, the storyline is also something worth pondering on. All that should get clearer when its Fall release draws near.
