Famed Apple analyst, Ming Chi-Kuo recently revealed the most exciting news about the rumored iPhone 8. According to the celebrated expert of all things Apple, the new iPhone 8 will not be upgraded but will be fundamentally reinvented.

A recent report by Forbes citing 9to5Mac revealed that Kuo has made some very bold claims regarding iPhone 8's specs, designs, and other details. As per iPhone 8 leaks, the latest Apple device will integrate wireless charging technology that was said to be introduced with iPhone 7S and 7S Plus.

The 10th anniversary iPhone is also said to feature the much anticipated OLED display screen. If the rumor is indeed true, then the Cupertino-based tech giant will be able to introduce its first bezel-less iPhone. iPhone 8 leaks also indicate that by incorporating borderless design, the company will also be able to embed its Touch ID and home button within the screen.

According to the same report, Kuo explained that by removing the home button, Apple will be able to replace it with the "function area" similar to Touch Bar on its 2016 MacBook Pro. The contextual function area will be adaptable to the users' need. The end result, according to iPhone 8 leaks, will be a 5.8-inch screen fitted into a 4.7-inch chassis, with an actual display size of 5.15-inch.

One of the biggest design changes, based on iPhone 8 leaks, is the end of Touch ID which was initially speculated to be built into the display. However, Kuo predicts that it will be replaced by more advanced "biometric technologies" such as facial recognition.

Meanwhile, another report by MacRumors indicated that the upcoming iPhone 8 will be priced close to $1000 for its entry-level models. The users who want to buy the most upgraded iPhone 8 will reportedly have to spend more than $1000. If iPhone 8 leaks are true, the users would not mind shelling the extra bucks for the premium specs.
