The show has taken the single timeline route with episode 13 of this season. And executive producer Josh Safran has revealed that "Quantico" Season 2, episode 14 will serve as a new pilot. Episode 14 returns after a three-week hiatus.

"Quantico" Season 2, episode 14 expected airdate and spoilers
Update: Safran sat with The Hollywood Reporter after episode 13 aired and shared what happens next.
He mentioned that the rest of the season is set to show a complete story and people can come and "watch a nine-episode season of this show.
He also described the theme of the rest of the season as "energetic, romantic, funny, sharp look at the current political landscape through the points of view of law enforcement working to protect America."
"Quantico" Season 2, episode 14 airs March 20.
Earlier, Josh Safran spoke with Entertainment Weekly about what fans can expect in "Quantico" Season 2. When asked how they will switch to a single timeline and when, he said, "The single timeline actually starts in episode 13 - it doesn't start in 14. Episode 14 could be a new pilot. If you've never seen the show before, you could walk right in and not have any trouble following a single thing. It is brand new. That's why we're set [from changing more of the story to reflect the political landscape], because the structure of episode 14 is so crystal clear without a single moment of confusion anywhere."
Meanwhile, speculations are on about "Quantico" Season 3 getting canceled. According to TV By The Numbers, "Quantico" received low numbers despite getting the primetime slot.
The website shared the numbers of the show at 0.76 which is quite low and is expected to get canceled.
